“The Stache pizzeria concept is inspired by the pizza shop my dad owned in Youngstown, OH. It was a very well-known spot before my dad bought it, but at the time it was struggling. He saw the potential to restore it to its former glory, and was willing to work tirelessly to get everything back on track. I worked there as a server, so I got to witness his love and dedication first hand. He was happy to have a place where family and friends could come together to enjoy each other’s company along with great food. Unfortunately he passed away before fully completing the plans for the business, so we had to close. Since then it’s been a goal of mine to re-open a pizza shop in his honor, so creating this design is the beginning of bringing that vision to life.” – Gianni Donofrio, Creator/Owner
